My target miracle

I felt like sharing something special with you guys

I just want to let you know how great is my GOD 🙂

For June I had nothing on the board. Nothing, zero!! From being consultant of the month last month! To nothing! Last week I knew I wasn’t going to make target, but worst of all I knew I am not even going to cover my base. I got news that my last option my last candidate 1 st interview didn’t go well at all. He isn’t really what they are looking for and he hasn’t completed his degree. I was shuttered! But I knew I had to turn to God to help me out…

I just took my worries to Him, I cried on His lap…

I had to decline my last hope, my last candidate for the month of June. But Something stopped me from doing it.
3 days later I got a call from my client. They want to do a second interview with my candidate. I was shocked….
Thinking “thank goodness I haven’t decline him yet!!”

And after the 2nd interview they wanted him to do assessments and the assessments will determine if he will get the job or not. I met with the client on Friday while my candidate was still busy sweating off his 5hour assessments in another room.

And while he was doing his assessments I got an offer for him!!!
The first time in History at this company that they make an offer without the assessments!!!

But that is not all… He got an even better offer than he expected!!

But wait it is not all…

Me and my team leader worked it out – it will be R95 000 on the board for me which means I covered my base/desk cost (R50 000)but have to get another R5 000 to reach my target. When I got to the office- my manger surprised me by telling me we have worked it out wrong… I am standing on R102 000 Now I ask you- how good is my God??

I am so blessed over this period of faithfulness and trusting and obedience and I thank God for all HIS wonderful blessings over me. I could not do it without Him!!
