So your sixteen/seventeen maybe even younger and you have fallen pregnant. And your parents have warned you a million times and told you what they would do if you ever get pregnant.  They aren’t just any parents, they are yours and now it’s not like on the TV, its real and they are going to be heart broken.

You’re going to have to face your family, your friends and all your teachers. And you can’t even imagine how many stories are going to run around at school. You know your boyfriend said he is not staying when this happens. The thought of facing this is unbearable.

You still have a great life in front of you and you want to go over sees when you’re done with school and be what you have always wanted to be. You still want to go to so many places and do so many things. There is no way you can handle this, this will be hell on earth and your life is over …

What are you going to do, abortion? (Everything will be fine and you can just go on with your life and your parents won’t be angry and no one will be disappointed. It’s a perfect solution and no one will ever know.) Except you and God that is!

Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”

You think when you stop the pregnancy in the first month or even week, it doesn’t count as murder? It does. For God already knows this child and loves this child. Who are you to kill him or her? YOU have committed a sin and it’s your sin. How fair is it to punish the child for your wrong doings.

If you stand before God and say: “God forgive me” and you are truly sorry, He does! But now you yourself sin (not the child, you) and you decide to punish the child by ending his or her life, and this all for the sin you committed.

God forgives us everything, all our sins. Then He will forgive you this? Forgiveness happens after regret and repentance. When you know what your sins are, decide not to do them any further. You cannot DECIDE to sin/murder thinking you will be forgiven. You can’t be forgiven for something you aren’t sorry for doing! For something you did, KNOWING it was wrong.

If you ask God to forgive you the sin you have committed by sleeping with the boy and you ask Him to carry you through the situation. I PROMISE you He will; He will not forsake you, never, as long as you trust Him with everything you have. God will not forsake you!

You have done what God said you shouldn’t, you cannot make it right by doing something else He said you shouldn’t. You have committed the sin and you have to live with you consequences, not the punishment, the consequences. God will be there every step of the way and you will survive this.

No one can judge you, even if so many people do, it doesn’t mean a thing, only God’s judgement is true, is real and is final. It is only to Him you have to answer one day when it matters.
