2009’s CHALLENGES TURNED INTO MIRACLES!

Father God, I acknowledge You as the one and only God the Father who gave His only Son, Jesus to die for my sins and through His resurrection set me free. Amen!  Jesus I worship You as my Saviour and best friend!  Holy Spirit I give my all to you, please take over my life, my every breath! Amen.

When looking back on 2009, I remember the Word that God gave me early in January when He said that 2009 would be a year of more extreme challenges than ever before.  I wanted to end the year of telling you that in my life it was exactly that, a year of extreme challenges.  The challenges varied from my work, health, family, marriage and my finances.  It was deeper and more challenging than ever before in my life and I often told God that I could not take it anymore.  By June, I felt as if a whole year of my life was pressed into six months and became very tired, moody and ill.  I constantly called out Jesus’ victory on the cross over my life and that is what took me through this year.  Although many challenges, the rewards and blessings were also much more than what I have ever received in all my life.

Dear Reader what I am trying to tell you is that while we are in the challenge, we don’t see the reward or end result.  However, when you really sit back and think about every challenge that you have gone through this year, look at how the grace of God has taken you through the challenge and how you have grown.  I have grown so much to the level where every part of me calls out to Jesus every day of my life.  The more I went through, the more I became dependant on Him, growing closer to Him, closer in my faith.  Thank you Jesus! I desire only You! Amen!

Dear reader, please take a moment and reflect back on 2009 before moving on to 2010.  When you cried, you cried, but the good has and will always prevail in your life.  Even as we speak, look at the challenge that you are now going through and start proclaiming victory over that challenge.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for allowing me to share my experiences with you as inspired by the Holy Spirit.  I declare that 2009 challenged me in every way on every level possible, yet I declare above my challenges that God turned every one of them into a victory.  Praise You Jesus!

Dear reader, have a blessed Christmas full of blessings and remember to be a blessing to others as well.  Remember to remind yourself regularly about who you are and carry your crown with honour!

I leave you with Joshua 1:9 in this festive season, when so many have lost loved ones and are feeling alone.  Jesus says: “I will never leave you, nor forsake you.”

With lots of love in Jesus Name
